How will EFT improve my mind, body & spirit?

EFT uses a combination of acupressure, meridian tapping and cognitive therapy. It combines tapping on specific meridian points and using commands to calm the nervous system, restore the body’s balance and rewire the brain’s pathways to achieve your goals.

It is an extremely effective technique that supports you to release blocks that are causing physical and/or mental discomfort, for example; headaches, pain, fatigue, anxiety, cravings and financial abundance. EFT works by clearing the emotions that keep you stuck to allow the body’s energy to flow freely. When our energy freely flows we experience well being, abundance and balance.
